Millions of Hispanic voters love President Trump. Poll after poll has proven this to be likely while also confounding the Democrats and their far-left media cohorts who have spent years attempting to portray the president as anti-Hispanic despite the president’s remarkable record of improving the lives of Hispanics (and all minorities) all across America.
Now, with the 2020 election on the horizon, these same Democrats and media rats are scurrying to convince enough minority voters to deny the reality of how good the Trump presidency has been for them. Will it work? So far the answer appears to be a resounding NO.
Hispanics stick with Trump despite tough border stance
“…This month, in a YouGov poll for The Economist, Trump’s job approval rating among Hispanics clocked in at 29%. On immigration, presumably a tougher issue for the president with this demographic, it was 30%.
In 2016 Trump won 28% of the Hispanic vote – an increase over what Mitt Romney won in 2012. The latest polling data suggests President Trump’s support among Hispanics is trending UP rather than down despite thousands of anti-Trump media hours and tens of millions of dollars spent attempting to portray him as anti-Hispanic/anti-immigrant.
A similar pro-Trump dynamic is taking place among black voters as well. In 2016 he garnered 8% of the black vote, again outperforming the 2012 Republican nominee by millions of votes and DOUBLING what John McCain received in 2008. The 2018 job approval for President Trump among black Americans was 16%. If the president were to receive anywhere close to that % of the black vote in 2020 he would win a historic landslide re-election.
The Democrats know this, the far-left anti-Trump media knows this, and they don’t like it.
Not one bit.
