And this is just the tip of the proverbial iceberg in what was and is the most blatant attempt to steal an election yet and most likely a practice run for what Democrats have planned in 2020…
TALLAHASSEE — The Florida Department of State last week asked federal prosecutors to investigate dates that were changed on official state election documents, the first voting “irregularities” it has flagged in the wake of the 2018 elections.
The concerns, which the department says can be tied to the Florida Democratic Party, center around date changes on forms used to fix vote-by-mail ballots sent with incorrect or missing information. Known as “cure affidavits,” those documents used to fix mail ballots were due no later than 5 p.m. on Nov. 5 — the day before the election. But affidavits released on Tuesday by the DOS show that documents from four different counties said the ballots could be returned by 5 p.m. on Thursday, which is not accurate.
Audio of a Florida Democratic Party caller leaving a voicemail message asking a Palm Beach County voter to fix their vote by mail ballot after Election Day, which is not allowed, was also sent to POLITICO separately. It was not part of the information turned over to federal prosecutors.
Among the counties in question is Broward, which emerged as the epicenter of controversy as three statewide races and three local legislative races went into recounts following the Nov. 6 elections. Republicans have pointed to embattled Broward Elections chief Brenda Snipes’ record of past election gaffes in arguing that the largely Democratic country is tilted against them — perhaps fraudulently so.
More and more are asking why the Broward County Elections Office, which has amassed numerous legal rulings against them both past and present, is allowed to continue largely unimpeded by any real oversight. Well, there are places in the United States where government corruption is part of a community’s DNA: Detroit, Chicago, Austin, Sacramento, Baltimore, etc., and yes, Broward County, Florida. All of these examples and more are afforded protection from on high from the masters of the anti-American Progressive movement so long as they do one thing – help Democrats to win elections. Here is longtime Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel (of Parkland shooting infamy) cuddling up to the likes of Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, and Bernie Sanders.
Broward County, a Democrat-controlled stronghold in the Sunshine State, is the place where elections go to die. From destroying ballots to counting ballots in private without supervision, it is a place that has become increasingly bold in how it flouts state election laws. It’s happening yet again. It’s happening now. Republican candidates are seeing their leads of tens of thousands suddenly vanish as Broward County finds more Democrat votes from behind closed doors.
What a bizarre situation surrounding a horrible tragedy that was apparently made much-much worse by the inaction of those trained to act in such events. The lawyers will be lining up in droves and the lawsuits will be legion over this…
EXCERPT: FOX NEWS:
Fox News has learned that in the critical moments as first responding deputies were searching for an active shooter on the property of Marjory Stoneman Douglas high school, a commanding officer on scene apparently ordered some of the initial responders to “stage” and set up a “perimeter” outside — instead of immediately ordering or allowing officers to rush in to neutralize the suspect, Nikolas Cruz.
“It’s atrocious,” a law enforcement source who was on the scene after the shooting told Fox News. “If deputies were staging it could have cost lives.”
The law enforcement source said responding deputies and officers were called to an active shooter scene in which they are trained to immediately “go, go, go” toward the direction of the shooter. “Every second is another life,” the source said.
…One ranking Florida official close to the investigation told Fox News he and some of his colleagues have heard claims that some of the first responders at Stoneman Douglas were stalled getting inside because of bad commands.
Another source with close ties to a county and city official told Fox News a few of the responding officers on scene were very frustrated and one was brought to tears over the law enforcement response.
