Former Obama Attorney General and hopeful 2020 presidential candidate, Eric Holder, called on leftists to get physical with those who oppose them politically. When questioned on Mr. Holder’s words President Trump, in typical Trump fashion, didn’t hold back, calling the comments “disgusting.”
Via Fox News:
President Trump, in an interview Thursday with “Fox & Friends,” rebuked Eric Holder for his call to “kick” Republicans and spurn civility, saying the Obama attorney general’s comments were “disgusting” and “dangerous.”
“He better be careful what he’s wishing for,” Trump told Fox News. “That’s a disgusting statement for him to make.”
“How dare he!” So goes the collective outcry of enemies of Donald Trump as the president ordered FBI and DOJ docs related to the fake Trump/Russia collusion hoax, be declassified. Among those upset is former Obama-era Attorney General Eric Holder. Readers might recall it was Mr. Holder who oversaw one of the most abusive DOJ reigns in the history of modern American politics that had the Obama administration weaponizing the IRS, imprisoning journalists, and raking in potential tens of millions in illegal campaign donations from foreign sources.

The move has been applauded by some GOP lawmakers. But it has also sparked outrage from former White House officials, such as ex-Attorney General Eric Holder.
“This is an especially dangerous abuse of power by this President,” Holder tweeted on Tuesday. “He places his self-interest above the national security interests of the country.”
Apparently, the swamp creatures of D.C. call wanting to share the truth with the American people “abuse of power and self-interest.”
Makes one wonder what they want so badly to hide.
On a related note, Mr. Holder is giving serious consideration to running for president in 2020.
His litany of scandals and government abuses is miles long. His nearly eight years as Barack Obama’s legal firewall is unprecedented. As Attorney General he insulated the Obama administration from scandal after scandal including Fast and Furious, Benghazi, and IRS abuses, to name just a few. He promoted racial violence in the streets and used his federal authority to go after local police officers. His tenure as Attorney General left the United States less safe and far more divided.
And now he wants to be POTUS according to a report out today via Yahoo News
Eric Holder joins the anti-Trump resistance — and mulls a presidential campaign of his own
More than two years after leaving the Obama administration, former Attorney General Eric Holder is reentering the political fray. His goal: to lead the legal resistance to Donald Trump’s agenda — and perhaps even run against the president in 2020.
Seized by a sense of urgency to oppose Trump and restore what he regards as America’s best self, Holder is mulling a White House bid of his own, according to three sources who have spoken to him and are familiar with his thinking.
“Now is the time to be more visible,” Holder added. “Now is the time to be heard.”
God help us.
