With a very long list of very serious “errors” that allowed for illegal spying of the Trump campaign in 2016 and beyond, it’s no wonder President Trump is, at the very least, annoyed / disappointed by current FBI Director Christopher Wray’s quick insistence the I.G. report released yesterday exonerates the agency. (It doesn’t – not even close)
What the IG report actually showed was a myriad of offenses all intended to target one campaign (Trump’s) in favor of another (Clinton’s) with the approval of the then-sitting president. (Obama) While the report is layered in typical D.C. Swamp safety-terms like “no intentional bias” etc., the full story, if reported honestly, shows a Deep State out of control and attempting to thwart the will of the American people from beginning to end. Wray’s current priority appears to be protecting the crumbling reputation of the agency he now heads and not with helping to get to the truth of what actually happened.
Director Wray’s time at the FBI now appears to be coming to and end. Good riddance.
I don’t know what report current Director of the FBI Christopher Wray was reading, but it sure wasn’t the one given to me. With that kind of attitude, he will never be able to fix the FBI, which is badly broken despite having some of the greatest men & women working there!
